This Moment

Playing along with SouleMama today. In her words: {this moment} A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see.

    1. It was! I have very fond memories. For the past 16 or so years it's been loved by my sister's kids and now it's Silas' turn. :)

  5. I had one of those! Loved that you could turn the knob and the "fire" was ready for cooking. Thanks for sharing this... and for a little moment down memory lane. Have a fun weekend with that precious one!!

  6. LOL! I totally had that too!
We had the best stuff, didn't we? I mean, you could throw our stuff down a flight of stairs and it would be fine. These days, they can barely move their toys from one side of the room to the other without breaking! Am I right? ;0 Oh, I can just imagine how "full" your heart was to watch this moment unfold! *squeal*

  11. Oh my goodness, I loved that toy! Actually, I never had one, but a neighbor did, and I so loved playing with it! My mom inherited an old Fisher Price kitchen and it has entertained all her grandchildren, from my niece, who is 17, to my Owen, 4. Classic!
