is that your husband! why is he laughing at you in pain?!!! :-)
What a wonderful story! I always wanted to have a home birth, but it was not meant to be; I 'm just thankful my babies survived! I did have five natural births so I take blessings were given. Thanks for sharing your story.
Thank you for sharing your birth story!
Just read your birth story so glad it went well. Thank you for sharing.
So glad I got to read this. Seems like the path came easily for you. And what a beautiful little guy you have, too.
I loved your story Courtney and miss you and your hubby lots! I'm so glad your birth at home went so wonderfully. I got tears in my eyes as I read the story. Enjoy your beautiful bundle of joy! So very precious!Ona
So wonderful, so honest. I'm a sucker for a good birth story. I had three natural births: first with a Dr. in a hospital, second with a midwife in a birthing tub at home, third with a midwife in a hospital. All different, all natural. Thanks so much for sharing such a wonderful story. Welcome to the world, little one.
How wonderful! I really enjoyed the birth story, beautifully written :)
P.S.- your birth story is very similar to the birth of my son.... especially the denial part! Looking back, it was so obvious that he was coming, but I ignored all the signs because I don't think I was quite ready mentally!
great story!! you are so strong!
Love it :) Congrats again on a beautiful birth and baby.It does make me wish that I'd known home birth was an option in Iowa (my home state), as I would have encouraged my sister to look into it.
YEAH! That lovely Mama Crunchy Domestic Goddess is so my blogging inspiration! What a small world! So glad your birth was as beautiful as can be. Mine was a bit more...uh...complicated. lol. But I have moved on finally. It took lots of forgiveness, which I should never have felt I needed to even do. Hugs, Jen
