  14. That looks so yummy! What recipe do you use? I've only made pasta twice, and though the second try was definitely an improvement over the first, I'm still waiting for mine to look like what's in your photo!

  18. Ah, the taste of homemade pasta makes the effort so worthwhile, doesn't it? I remember making it just once as a child, but it was so fun and so tasty that I've never forgotten the experience! :)

It WAS delicious and you are all invited over the next time I make homemade pasta! :) In response to the queries about which recipe I use, I follow Mario Batali's because that Iron Chef can do no wrong in my book. 3 1/2 C. flour + 4 large eggs + 1/2 tsp. EVOO = pasta deliciousness. I do have a pasta roller and it was the best 30 bucks that I've ever spent. Homemade pasta is super easy to make! Don't be intimidated! :)
